Dr. Staffel talks about the first phase of the Health Care Bill that put into law the rationing of medical care and removing the Doctor/Patient treatment relationship. Whereby the Doctor has to follow treatment protocols dictated by a Washington bureaucrat. The physician must follow the bureaucrats' treatment directions or be fined or penalized.
Also Dr. Staffel discusses the fact that periodontal disease is now considered not only a dental disease, but a medical disease.
